Senator Pat Browne 2016

Lehigh Valley Children's Centers has taken the Week of the Young Child™ celebration one step further and proclaimed the entire month of April to be Month of the Young Child! We will honor young children, families and the teachers who make a difference in children’s lives.

Early learning and literacy foster a lifelong love of learning. All young children deserve the chance to have these valuable experiences. And families depend on the high-quality early education their children receive at programs like Lehigh Valley Children's Centers. What better way to recognize the importance of early childhood education programs than to dedicate a month to the needs of young children!

Many special guests from within our community will visit the centers throughout the month. On April 1st, we launched our month of celebrating with Pennsylvania State Senator Pat Browne. Senator Browne met and read to the children in our Pre-K Counts class at LVCC’s Judith Chase Early Learning Center in Allentown. View more photos of Senator Browne's visit.

Follow Lehigh Valley Children's Centers on Facebook and Twitter (@LVCConline) throughout April as we introduce the exciting activities happening every day at our 25 locations in Lehigh and Northampton Counties.
