*The former Spring Garden Children’s Center was established in 1955 as the initiative of Reverend Robert Williamson of the First Presbyterian Church of Easton. Dr. Williamson wanted to provide a weekday nursery school to nurture the city’s children and build the foundation for good neighbors within the church’s community. In August 2016, Spring Garden Children's Center merged with Lehigh Valley Children's Centers to ensure the center could continue to meet the needs of the Easton community. The center now operates under a new name, LVCC at Spring Garden Early Learning Center.
