Accounts Payable-oversee and verify invoices and purchasing.
Accounts Receivable- assist with enrollments, collections and other functions.
Utilize accounting software (Mas90) to process various transactions.
Assist with small non-profit company books using QuickBooks.
Monthly Bank Reconciliations and Cash Account reports.
Posting Journal Entries in Mas90 (accounting program).
Assist with large grant expenditures and tracking fund balances in Excel.
Assist with inventory reports.
All other task assigned by the Supervisor.
Accounting Degree preferred.
3 to 5 years bookkeeping experience required.
Experience with Accounting software including QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
