Review various reports by customers verifying all information
Plans, schedules and conducts reviews customer providers
Prepares documentation as needed.
Tracking and compliance of reports
Provide assistance based on review of reports to providers
Collect, review and input data
Review reports with your supervisor
Attends meetings and trainings as required
Performs other duties as assigned
Monitoring providers at their homes 5-10 hours a week, travel required.
High school diploma/Associate degree in business a plus
Early childhood a plus
Self-starter; able to accomplish goals in an independent work setting
Detail oriented
Able to maintain confidentiality
Customer service experience required
Willing to travel but less than 20% of hours
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
Valid driver’s license
**Maintain and submit current Auto Liability Insurance as stipulated in the employee handbook**
Extensive experience and skills with MS Office and computers
Able to obtain appropriate criminal, FBI and Child Abuse clearances
Bi-Lingual (Spanish) preferred
Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
