Ensure all governing regulation standards met, or exceeded. With VP’s direction oversee compliance with all laws, regulations and guidelines, internal policies, state requirements, Pre-K Counts requirements, ITCS Requirements, CCW subsidized funding rules and regulations, etc.
Ensure annual compliance with timely submission of reports and data.
Maintain enrollment and wait lists required by OCDEL.
Knowledge of training required to obtain DHS regulatory compliance and Keystone STARS performance standards.
Ensure partnerships, and collaborations with all lead agencies and other community partners throughout the Pre-K counts program
Ensure classrooms are fully enrolled within State funded programs and partnership classrooms.
Continually keep up to date with attendance records using Pelican.
Act as a liaison with local IU’s, behavioral specialists, and school districts to continue to support teachers, and children within the classroom.
Confer regularly with the Educational Program Consultants, Director of Program Supports, ITCS Director, Pre-K Counts Educational Coordinators, Educational Coordinators and Center Directors to coordinate effort to maximize effectiveness.
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education
Master’s Degree in Education preferred
3 - 5 years of progressive management experience
2,500 hours documented experience working with young children
