Located on the second floor of Alliance Hall, the Judith Chase Early Learning Center (ELC) offers high quality care and education for children ages six weeks to 12 years old.
In addition to our educated and experienced infant, young toddler and older toddler teachers, ELC has four state-funded Pre-K Counts classrooms, staffed by Pennsylvania Department of Education certified teachers and degreed teacher’s assistants.
ELC also provides before- and after-care to school-aged children attending Central, Cleveland and McKinley Elementary schools during the school year, as well as a summer school-age program. Our summer program is packed full of field trips, fun and learning.
In addition to participating in the Pre-K Counts program, ELC is a Keystone Star 4 center and is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). The combination of passionate, educated and experienced teachers following standards of high quality creates an appropriate and caring environment where your child can succeed.
